Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**: Reporting to the division manager, you will provide internal and external customers (shipowners, cruise operators, ports) with effective support in the "pre-order" and "post-order" phases, in coordination with other company functions, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction. **Your responsibilities**: - Enter and control sales orders from registration to order closing: check the integrity of input data (sales price, cost price elements, commercial information, etc.). - Monitor the integrity of the sales backlog (completeness of orders, reliability of sales prices, delivery dates, schedules), invoicing, preventive dunning of payments and unpaid invoices. - Review contracts, record sales orders in SAP, procurement (issue purchase orders to internal/external suppliers (materials and services). - Handle customer queries within his/her area of responsibility and direct other queries to the appropriate contacts. - Update and monitor customer master data in the business' ERP systems, in coordination with other company functions (Sales, Project teams, Finance). - Implement all Group Trade Compliance rules (Export Control, VAT, Taxes, Rules of Origin, Product Classification, etc.) **Your background**: - Minimum 2 years' higher education (Bac +2) in SME-SMI management or business administration. - At least 2 years' experience in sales administration in the industrial sector. - Practical experience of working with SAP - SAP Ariba would be an asset. - Fluency in English and French is required. - Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude, flexibility, team spirit. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business. **More about us**:
