Your mission

As a member of the Onet Accueil Provence agency, you will be looking to fill in or carry out short assignments on the site of our internationally renowned customer based in Marignane.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

- Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
- Telephone reception
- Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
- Make an appointment
- Mailing English/French
- Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking)
- Various administrative tasks
- Meeting room management
- Fleet management/parking
- Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have a good level of English/French (written, read, spoken) and are comfortable using the pack office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
