Internship - Modelling and Performance (H/F) - October 2025

Rattaché(e) au Deputy Chief Operating Officer, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Modélisation et Performance en charge de plusieurs workstreams au sein des Business Units de Tikehau Investment Management:
**Suivi de la performance des investissements**
- Contribuer à la modélisation des fonds (notamment les prévisions sur les nouveaux produits, les sensibilités aux flux de trésorerie pour les investisseurs et les prospects, l'analyse de l'attribution des performances...),
- Contrôler la performance des investissements et notamment coordonner les indicateurs clés de performance trimestriels et les tableaux de bord sur la performance des fonds à travers les unités opérationnelles.

**Suivi des performances de l'entreprise**
- Contrôler les performances des unités opérationnelles en collaboration avec l'équipe financière de Tikehau et coordonner les tableaux de bord trimestriels sur l'activité des fonds, y compris les levées de fonds, les investissements, les désinvestissements, le nombre d'entités...
- Contribution au processus budgétaire du groupe.

En tant que stagiaire, vous contribuerez à une grande partie du travail de l'équipe, en particulier
- la modélisation de l'analyse régulière de la performance des différentes unités opérationnelles pour la direction générale,
- la modélisation de l'analyse et des prévisions de performance de fonds spécifiques pour nos investisseurs,
- l'examen et le test des outils développés pour améliorer l'automatisation des données

Reporting to Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will join Modelling and Performance team in charge of several workstreams across Tikehau Investment Management Business Units:
**Investment Performance Monitoring**
- Contribute to Fund modelling (notably fund forecast on new products, working on ad hoc Cash Flow sensitivities for investors & prospects, Performance attribution analysis ),
- Monitor Investment Performance and notably coordinate quarterly key performance indicators and Dashboards on funds’ performance across Business Units.

**Corporate Performance Monitoring**
- Monitor Business Units Performance in conjunction with the Tikehau Finance team and coordinate quarterly dashboards on Funds Activity including capital raising, investment, dis-vestment, number of entities
- Contribution to group budget process.

As an intern, you will contribute to a large part of the team scope of work, in particular:

- the modelling of regular cross Business Units performance analysis for top Management,
- the modelling of specific funds’ performance analysis and forecast for our investors,
- the review and testing of tools developed in order to improve data automatization.

- Dernière année d'un diplôme de commerce ou d'ingénieur (Bac+5),
- Expérience d'Excel - connaissance d'Efront un avantage,
- Première expérience dans le secteur de la gestion d'actifs, un avantage,
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement stimulant et en pleine croissance.

- Final year of Business Degree/engineering degree (Bac+5),
- Experience with Excel - knowledge of Efront an advantage,
- First experience in the Asset Management industry an advantage,
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment.
