Role Overview
**We are looking for**
An Energy Transition Finance Officer to be responsible for ensuring the financement path, mostly project finance and deconsolidation and subsidies/funding access.
**We count on you for**
- Assisting project directors deliver energy transition projects with success, acting as an enabler and accelerator providing expertise and GBU support when necessary, more specifically, helping them on the structuring of optimized financing.
- Partnering with finance and treasury teams to assess and execute best business-related financing options for the projects (project finance, leasing).
- Managing effective collaboration with external stakeholders (i.e., partners, investors, banks).
- Participation to contract negotiation in collaboration with legal teams.
- Responsible of the financement of projects.

**You will bring**
Education and experience
- Master's degree. MBA or Ph.D. is a plus.
- 5 years of prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing complex projects, implementing and negotiating long-term energy contracts in deconsolidated structures, and managing large and long-term contract negotiation in business operations; ideally in the energy industry.
- Experience in sustainability, greenhouse gas reduction, and energy efficiency.
Technical skills
- Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Negotiation.
Ability to build alliances with industrial.
- Impact and influence.
- Strong servant leadership capabilities, driving multiple transversal stakeholders (at least five) in achieving goals in complex environments.
- A hands-on person who is equally effective in building non-direct reporting relationships and developing collective accountability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology and financing solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.

**Additional information**
- Locations: Lyon, Aubervilliers, Genas (France)
- Remote working: Yes. This position would be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
