**_The Team:_**
- An international team (British, French, German, Italian, Polish ) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors
- Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.
- Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

Your Role:_**
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for internal and portfolio positions in the Healthcare industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support portfolio recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, selection, and hiring.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international recruitment within the Healthcare or related industry, with a focus on internal and portfolio recruitment.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry trends and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of Private Equity will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
