**Get ready to**:

- Build the internal platforms that power our Payroll AI and automation teams
- Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and developer tooling
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to deliver reusable, stable solutions

**You’ll bring**:

- 12+ years of backend/platform engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Deep expertise in API design, SaaS architectures, and microservices
- Experience building and maintaining internal tools/platforms
- Authentication/authorization systems expertise for multi-tenant apps
- AWS/cloud platform design experience

**Bonus if you have**:

- Background in developer tooling, workflow orchestration, or compliance-heavy environments
- AI/ML system infra awareness
