For our office located near CDG airport, precisely in Villeneuve Sous Dammartin (77230), we are recruiting a

**LOGISTICS SPECIALIST**

The Logistics Specialist will be working within the existing Logistics team, particularly supporting in-house Hallmarking activities.

The position includes the following tasks:

- Receipt and storage of goods
- Quantitative control of products. Communication to the customer / supplier of any failures / surpluses
- Validation of receipt on the internal Information System (operation on AS400)
- Physical and administrative management of the stocks
- Preparation of orders and shipment to recipients
- Inventory management
- Returns management
- Proper preservation of all necessary documentation for recording all movements performed
- Contacts with the Import, Export, Customs, Domestic, Warehouse and Administration departments
- Contacts with foreign branches within Ferrari Group for all communications relating to current shipments

**REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Knowledge of languages: a good knowledge of English is essential
- Work experience: Previous (even short) experience in warehouse operations, logistics or shipments will be a welcome plus; a strong interest in the logistics industry and related technical aspects is essential.
- Qualification: Diploma
- Computer skills: welcome previous experience on AS400 systems, MS Office Excel, Google For Work suite
- Proposed conditions: Full-time.
