**Health Care Compliance Senior Manager**

**Location: Paris, France**

**Contract: Full Time**

**Overall Purpose of this Job**:
The HCC Senior Manager drives the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program for J&J MedTech France (including Vision) to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations, anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and industry Code (MedTech Code).

The HCC Senior Manager serves as a strategic business partner for management and act as a coach for all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day-to-day business.

The HCC Senior Manager partners with the business units on their activities, assess opportunities for new solutions through innovative approaches, support the development of systems, training, communication and monitoring.

This Senior Manager position reports to the HCC Officer MedTech France

This position is based in Paris and oversees HCC Program in France for MedTech (including Vision).

**Responsibilities And Overall Impact You Will have**:

- Partner with company executive leadership to ensure that the HCC program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, policies, or the Code of Conduct by:

- Working together with sr. Business leaders to ensure compliant and ethical business practices are part of the day-to-day business
- Translating global strategies into local level, based on appropriate local needs, goals and objectives, taking into account local external regulatory trends and environment.
- Assuring adequate representation in local business governance structures and establishing discussion platforms to get general business buy-in and impact analysis
- Acting as a consultant, and where appropriate, or required by the HCBI Guide assure review and approval for Health Care Professional (HCP)/Government Official (GO) oriented activities
- Stimulating and contributing to innovative approaches towards management of HCPs and GOs consistent with the HCC/HCBI guidelines and framework and performing business plan reviews
- Providing and coordinating appropriate guidance, education, training, and regular communications on HCC relevant matters to all covered employees
- Conducting risk assessment activities on a continuous basis as part of the Quarterly Risk Review (QRR) Process, to detect process gaps & inconsistencies with the overall Healthcare Compliance Program
- Coordinating and implementing the monitoring plan to demonstrate that the HCC Program is effective and participate in execution where appropriate and engage Board participation in roll out
- Coordinating preparations and support for Corporate Internal Audits
- Supporting the implementation of the Management Action Plan, and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions
- Lead/participate in Compliance Committee meetings as appropriate
- Support the business leaders as strategic partner in compliance matters
- Managing day-to-day allegations and investigations related to HCC
- Partner with the Global/Regional HCC teams to develop and implement business specific policies and SOPs and customize global/regional policies & procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements
- Support implementation of J&J MedTech systems that collect, audit, analyze, and report compliance information
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are met _per_ enterprise requirements and schedule
- Collaborate with the legal and privacy teams regarding HCC requirements and interpretation
- Interface with the global/regional HCC community to share approaches to HCC

**We Would Like If You Have**:

- Must have a minimum of eight years of business experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; MBA preferred.

Knowledge of French laws, regulations and industry standards is a plus.
