**Your Mission**
- Liaison with Finance Department & Head Office Royalty Department
- Cashbooks & income type allocation for SAP for the Recording business
- Provision of incoming statements for our Head Office in Berlin
- Assistance with royalty processing, review of matching, review and release of error & suspense files
- Take care of invoice requests for incoming royalty statements
- Administration of Client Royalty Portal myBMG
- Act on tax exemption matters
- All formalities linked to calculation & distribution to interested parties including statement printing, distribution and payment request
- Work closely with producers' societies (SCPP & SPPF) regarding distribution matters, repertoire registration & sales declarations & advances

**Your Profile**
- A degree in business or finance, with professional experience in the music business considered as a plus
- Strong service orientation and project management skills
- Creative thinking skills and the ability to come up with new ideas and novel approaches to problems
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel
- Structured, well-organized and reliable working style
- Ability to stay on track and calm, even on busy days or in stressful situations
- Strong communication and team working skills, along with experience collaborating with international teams
- Fluency in French and English
