We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to actively contribute and quickly develop skills in our recruitment operations. Within the HR Development Department, they will join our Recruitment team (approximately 60 people), whose mission is to remain a sustainable reference employer in the consulting market in France and on an international scale. In a competitive sector, the team acts as a trusted partner to management and operations. It supports the company’s growth, implements the recruitment strategy, and promotes the employer brand across all our geographies **Main responsibilities**: **Talent acquisition**: - Finally, you manage the probation period follow-up of the new joiners you have recruited, guaranteeing the success of the onboarding process and a positive employee experience. **Campus Management** - You establish strong relationships with all key contacts (school Directors, corporate relations Managers, student or alumni association board members, teachers, etc.) in top schools. You mobilize key internal resources to challenge the school strategy, to support the organization of actions and to directly engage with students or shool administration. - You are the firm's ambassador and organize actions on campuses like mentorship program, open days, recruitment forums, hackathons, educational partnership to attract students, recent graduates and Alumni. You also use social media and professional platforms to promote our actions. In addition, and provided you are contributing at the highest level, you will have the opportunity, alongside a Manager or Senior Manager from the team, to engage in transformation projects for the function.
