- **Your main responsibilities will include**_:_
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will play a critical role in enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business, as well as providing guidance on compliance matters.
- **Key Tasks**:_
- Work with the Group Regulatory Team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures locally
- Conduct regular internal risk assessments
- Conduct onboarding and periodic KYC controls
- Monitor operational processes to ensure adherence to regulations
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Report compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- **Who are we looking for?**_
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- English speaker (B1 level is a must)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
- Ability to work autonomously
- Certification (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) is a plus
