**About the Agency**

Our client, **eu-LISA**, is the European Union Agency responsible for operating large-scale IT systems that help keep Europe safe and support cooperation in areas like security, migration, and justice. Civitta, in cooperation with Talenta, provides **temporary agency workers** to eu-LISA.

**We are looking for**

A **Security Receptionist** to support the **Security Unit - Protective Security Sector** within the Corporate Services Department. The position is based in **Strasbourg, France**.

In this role, you will be the **first line of security and reception** at eu-LISA’s site, ensuring smooth and secure access to the facilities. You will welcome visitors, manage access credentials, oversee deliveries, monitor security systems, and support emergency and fire safety procedures.

**You will**
- Monitor and manage access to premises via electronic systems.
- Validate IDs and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Welcome and process visitors, ensuring proper registration and escort when needed.
- Receive and handle incoming packages and deliveries in line with security protocols.
- Operate and update access control and other security systems (CCTV, alarms, etc.).
- Act as first point of contact for security-related inquiries.
- Support fire safety and evacuation procedures, including participation in drills.
- Record and report incidents, maintaining accurate security logs.
- Assist in developing and revising site security procedures.

**What is required of your profile**:

- Post-secondary education attested by a diploma (minimum: secondary education plus 3 years’ relevant experience).
- Good command of **English (minimum B2)** and **French (minimum B2)**; other languages are an asset
- Proven experience in security, reception, or facilities support (preferably in a high-security or international environment).
- Proficiency in MS Office and security/reception systems.’
- Ability to work in shifts (07:00-14:30 / 12:00-19:30) and support emergency situations.
