**Your role**:
You will be the business lead responsible for maximizing the impact of pricing and packaging on PayFit long-term growth.
- You will report directly to our VP Marketing and your will address in your job all of our 4 markets (France, Germany, Spain and the UK).
**Your missions**:
Your role will include strategic, tactical and operational streams. We will especially expect you to:
- Lead ad hoc changes on our monetization policy: on existing price levels and price schemes, on the scope of features and services that are currently being monetized
- Refine monetization strategies in our international markets (Germany, Spain and the UK)
- Advise product marketing teams on new feature monetization strategies
- Finetune our price structure and levels, taking into account our growth objectives and the interest of our users
- Be a strategic partners for the country managers & client facing teams in their pricing & packaging construction
You would join the company after a deep review of our French pricing and packaging structure, but with no specific governance defined on monetization topics. We will expect you to define and be at the forefront of the new governance structure.
**This job has been tailored for you if**:
- You have a strong pricing & monetization experience (6+ years)
- You act as a “business lead”, with a deep data and marketing understanding of pricing
- You have a “intrapreneur” mindset - you would be the first “Pricing & Monetization” lead in the company
- You know how to make decisions that impact many teams in an inclusive manner
- You keep a global view on challenges and know when to dive deep in details
- You are both a doer and a decision-maker
