**As part of the Insights team**, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the _Analytics_ feature set of the product. This team serves our managers and decision-makers by providing valuable and meaningful learnings to let them excel and scale their business. We’ve developed our own Business Intelligence engine in-house to provide valuable insights around team performance and collaboration. We also know data, when presented poorly, can feel overwhelming - so we spend a lot of effort on ensuring we deliver a UI that’s beautiful, clear and intuitive.

**What will you be doing?**
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features for analytics.
- Deliver value to our customers by providing them with new, relevant insights about their teams and business.
- Evolve our UI, finding new ways to visualize data to delight our users.
- Make Front more reliable by scaling our data ingestion engine as we grow our customer base.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience
- Fullstack experience: you’re comfortable on the frontend and the backend
- 5+ years of industry experience working on complex software systems.
- Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React.
- Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
- Full professional English proficiency
- Hybrid: This position requires being in-office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
