**Responsibilities**:

- Drive “big bold ideas” with a pre-selected list of strategic customers that impact commercial success and close large, multi-year, market-making digital transformation partnerships and wins leading to accelerated growth of Microsoft’s Industry clouds as well as sustainable outcomes
- Incubate new opportunities for Microsoft across Azure, Business Applications and that evidence positioning of Sustainability Industry Priority Scenarios, with a specific focus on a pre-selected list of top customers
- Accelerate demand generation with customer
- leverage senior BDM relationships (C-suite including sustainability officers; LOB leaders). Deliver net new multi-horizon incremental revenue/pipeline and Azure consumption.
- Deliver Operational Excellence, manage and optimize time spent collaborating with customers and lead orchestration with core account team to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations. Help develop tools and rhythm of business to track performance at the subsidiary level

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum**

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 7+ years of experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration Degree AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

**Additional or Preferred**

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 10+ years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration Degree AND 7+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology
- Sustainability degree through a highly recognized university
- 5+ years people management/ leadership experience
- OR equivalent
- Prior work experience at a Business Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Accenture, EDS, KPMG or the equivalent) OR at a sustainability pureplayer.
