**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as the HR Business Partner to assigned business leaders
- Provides end to end HR support, including employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, development, employee engagement,
- Ensures HRIS support and follow up;
- In conjunction with payroll shared services, secures accurate payroll administration
- Directs and administers HR programs and processes efficiently and effectively.
- Partners with leaders to identify their high potential talent and support them in ensuring these individuals are set-up for continued success within Flowserve.
- Support managers in requisition workflow including accuracy/quality of position description and overall data accuracy.
- Develops hiring manager capabilities in selection tools/processes to enable the best hiring decisions possible. Contributes to selection process for managerial and other key hiring decisions.
- Supports integration of new workers, facilitates induction programs.
- Approves written employee actions including performance improvement plans; seeks additional review from Center of Expertise and Legal as needed
- Investigates grievances/complaints related to disciplinary actions, ensures confidentiality and sensitivity of investigation details.
- Supports site-level employee engagement initiatives including survey participation; drives employee and manager accountability for plans to monitor and improve engagement.
- Provides initial counsel to managers regarding compensation (e.g., pay adjustment, promotion, etc.) and benefits requests (e.g., expatriate relocation/perquisites); escalate to the appropriate HR and business leaders for final approval.
- Ensure compliance with Performance Culture objectives, actively encouraging robust performance differentiation with supported managers.
- Responsible for all labor documentation processing in line with local labor requirements, involving outsourcing support.
- Contributes to a “people first” culture and inspires leaders to operate with an enterprise mindset.
- Upholds uncompromising safety and quality expectations.
- Enhances the HR brand within Flowserve with top quality work products and solutions that drive business results.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to leverage HR data to support business partnering conversations.
- Previous experience in coaching and driving change management programs.
- Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
- Experience in Workday or other relevant HRIS.
- Ability to influence others on proposed courses of action, firm yet diplomatic at the same time.
- Ready to travel from time to time; knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor requirements, labor law.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives exercising sound judgment and flexibility.
- Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience.
