HR Data Management Expert (Data Management Expert II - GJA 15)

is part of a team of Data Analysts, Data Management Experts and Employee Journey experts with the following mission:
Additionally, we are committed to enabling data-driven decision making through advanced reporting & insights while also ensuring the strategy is backed by accurate and actionable insights that we bring to the organisation.’

The Key responsibilities of the team are:

- Non-Workday reporting
- Data analysis
- Business intelligence (For HRBP, COE,)
- Knowledge of local HR IT landscape and integration
- Connection with Tech organization and vendors
- Connection with Global organization on global assets

Develops, implements, and operates features, tools and systems to ensure the proper flow, migration and availability of data for business purposes and operations.

In your role, you:

- collaborate closely with your colleague expert.
- Are able to be each other’s back-up*, both for Cognos & BO Attentia as well as knowledge of the Workday data model
- Move towards trend detectors, analytics, AI and automation, less on purely operational reporting.
- Provide support to the business to become 100% data-driven: training, both from a technical & functional POV

Depending on your expertise, background and interest, your main focus will lie on technical data support:

- Data Modelling
- Report creation (excluding Workday Reporting)
- Automation & Robotics
- Data Quality

This role requires you to:

- Display extensive knowledge of Cognos, BO Attentia reporting, and Automation tools (*)
- Understand and implement data and data quality models to technically support the data analysts and employee journey experts.
- Maintain existing robotics and automate processes where possible.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the data, automation and AI domain.
