Créée en 2014 par une équipe passionnée de Pop Culture, **LNS TRADE** est une entreprise française spécialisée dans la création, l'importation et la distribution de produits alimentaires sous licences animés et gaming (One Piece, Naruto, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia...)

Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec les principaux acteurs de la licence pour distribuer notre marque **ULTRAPOP** en Europe grâce à notre réseau de distribution très bien installé.

Pour accompagner notre développement et nous soutenir dans nos nombreux projets, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Graphiste Packaging & Web Designer.

Au sein d'une jeune équipe et dynamique, composée d'une vingtaine de personnes, vous serez intégré(e) à notre équipe créative, composée de 2 graphistes alternantes et 1 DA externe.

**Missions principales**:

- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing et développement produits pour comprendre les objectifs et les exigences des projets en apportant votre vision créative.
- Concevoir et développer des designs innovants et attrayants pour nos packaging produits en accord avec les éléments graphiques de nos licenciés partenaires.
- Concevoir et produire des contenus créatifs et impactants pour nos sites B2C et B2C en cours de développement (bannières, headers, visuels produits, landing ) et nos réseaux sociaux (social ads, display, motion )
- Développer et donner vie à l’identité de notre marque ULTRAPOP sur différents supports de communication digitaux et print (merchandising team, stand, supports de présentation, brand deck )
- Participer activement aux réunions de brainstorming et proposer des idées innovantes, en phase avec les codes actuels.
- Respecter les délais et assurer la qualité des créations graphiques produites.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle sur les tendances du marché.
- Assurer une veille technologique pour maitriser les nouveaux outils et tendances créatives.
- Accompagner et encadrer les 2 graphistes alternantes.
- Gérer et prioriser le planning de production.

**Profil recherché et compétences**:

- Diplôme en design graphique ou domaine connexe dans les métiers de la création visuelle.
- 4 à 5 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la grande consommation / food / retail.
- Parfaite maitrise de la suite Adobe et des outils de créations digitaux.
- Connaissance d’After Effects.
- Créatif(ve), avec une forte culture design et une vision branding.
- Sens aigu de l'esthétique et du détail.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'organisation.
- Aisance à travailler dans un cadre dynamique et en open space.
- Flexibilité et adaptabilité.
- Une connaissance des licences (Manga, Anime, Gaming) est un plus.
