**Splio is a scale-up in the marketing and digital technology market**, headquartered in Paris. The company has over 250 employees and 4 offices across Europe and MEA.

**Splio publishes a SaaS marketing platform that integrates CDP and Marketing Automation,** as well as all essential CRM features (loyalty, Mobile Wallets), into a single platform powered by AI.

More than 500 retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecom companies across Europe and the MEA use Splio on a daily basis, including Nature et Découvertes, Longchamp, Bazarchic, APC, The Kooples, Fnac-Darty, Micromania, Faguo, Cyrillus, Orange, and Samsung.

**What is Revenue Operations?**

As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be part of Splio’s Revenue Operations team, based in Paris. We are in charge of overseeing the operations of all our revenue-generating teams, by aiming to provide them with state-of-the-art processes and tools. Within this team dedicated to optimization, efficiency, and strategy, you will be the first person 100% dedicated to data.

Your main mission will be to assist our Revenue Operations Manager and our Chief Revenue Officer to analyze and comprehend our data and stack. At Splio, the RevOps team is transversal, we work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, in France, Spain, Italy, and Tunisia. As a Sales Data Analyst, you will also work transversally with the Finance, Services, and Product teams.

**Daily missions**:

- Analyse and comprehend our data and our revenue tools (database, reliability, enrichment, and segmentation)
- Initiate the implementation of our data architecture, from data collection to visualization.
- Be responsible for the creation of the knowledge management of the data model for the revenue teams at Splio.
- Working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance, etc.) to identify the challenges and opportunities in which data can play a key role.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for someone that:

- Feels comfortable analyzing numbers and data
- Is interested in the SaaS industry and business model
- Is organized and responsible
- Loves to find solutions to problems and implement them
- Wants to discover Revenue Operations in an international Scale-up
- You have a good grasp of project management, being able to plan, organize, and supervise the success of your projects.
- Can speak French and English. You will speak to them every day
