**ENTER THE GAME**

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your main missions will be:

- Ensure technical consistency and alignment across platforms.
- Guide development teams on best practices in native mobile development.
- Participate in technical design, technical experiments and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor developers and support their technical growth
- Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and performance.
- Document architectural decisions and technical evolutions.

**TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT**
- **Languages**: Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS)
- **Architecture**: Clean Architecture, MVVM
- **Libraries & Tools**: AndroidX, RxJava, Retrofit, Dagger, Git & Gitflow, Github Actions
- **Testing**: Junit, Mockito, Kluent, Espresso, Barista, Gherkin

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for a **staff-level** profile with strong experience and leadership in mobile architecture.

This job is for you if:

- You have **8+ years of experience** in native mobile development on your **primary stack** (Android or iOS).
- You have **at least 2-3 years of experience** on your **secondary stack**.
- You are proficient in **Kotlin** and **Swift**, and comfortable with native environments.
- You have a strong focus on performance, code quality, and user experience.
- You can clearly communicate technical concepts and support team growth.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

**Bonus**: Experience with Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, or React Native is a plus.

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and cognitive reasoning).

About two weeks later, you will take a technical test with one of our Technology experts.

Next, you will meet your future Engineering Manager, followed by the Head of Engineering.

Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between **4 to 6 weeks** to ensure an optimal experience for you.
