We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager who drives meaningful impact and delivers results to join us. Our organisation is structured similarly to AWS, with each Product Line operating independently under a Single Threaded Owner (STO). Within each Product Line, Impact Teams—led by an Impact Owner—have the autonomy to define their own processes and methodologies. These cross-functional teams, typically composed of around eight engineers, designers, and PMs, collaborate closely to drive meaningful outcomes while maintaining autonomy and full ownership of their work

Your role will contribute to the Supplier Data Manager (SDM) Impact Team, working on easing the brand/distributor relationship. You will report directly to the team's Impact Owner, who is a Senior Engineering Leader and will collaborate closely with teams of engineers, product designer, STO and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer & stakeholder engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Advocate for user needs while balancing technical feasibility and product profitability.
- **Market & competitive analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify opportunities that will strengthen our position and product portfolio.
- **Data-driven decision-making**: Define and track success metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. Communicate insights, risks, and progress effectively across the organization.
- **Manage the release process**: work hand-in-hand with our Product Marketing Manager to prepare for releases, communicate on new features and enable the rest of Akeneo.
- **User Research and Testing**: work hand-in-hand with our Product Designer to conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows. Plan and execute user testing to validate hypotheses and gather feedback on prototypes and new features.
- **Strategic planning**: work with the STO to define our long-term strategy and make sure our day-to-day progress is aligned with this strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: You have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in SaaS products.
- **Track Record**: You have a history of creating products that improve customer experience and grow market share.
- **Adaptability**: You thrive in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment and can handle uncertainties and changing requirements.
- **Ambition**: You want to grow and be at the forefront of Akeneo’s latest and fastest-growing product.
- **Domain knowledge**: this is not required but having some knowledge of the product data ecosystem (PIM, MDM, DAM,) is a plus.
