**Europe Supply Excellence Manager / TPM Regional Manager (F/M/X)**: **Royal Canin**: **Location**: France (Montpellier ou Lille) or Austria (Vienna) or Poland (Cracow) **Contract**: Permanent The TPM regional manager drives operational excellence by ensuring that the TPM deployment in the region is in line with the ambition. The TPM regional manager creates a vision for operational excellence across the business and to bring people together to effectively deliver against that vision. The TPM manager is the change agent to coach and train the Regional Supply team and the Factory management teams on the effective deployment of key TPM strategies and processes to achieve industry leading business results. The TPM regional manager is accountable for TPM capability building of Sites in the region. Success will be measured by the results achieved by the sites in terms of operational performance improvements, capability building and demonstration of desired behaviors, measured through the TPM Maturity Assessment. **What are we looking for?**: - A TPM expert with experience in Project Management - A analytical mind with competencies in problem solving - Ability to influence, and share a vision - An experience in dealing with ambiguity and creating strong collaborative relationships - At least 8 years evolving in a manufacturing/supply chain environment - Fluent in English **What will be your key responsibilities?**: - Lead Implementation (design & execution of TPM processes vs Framework) - Lead Auditing & diagnostic, organizing the maturity assessment and tracking progress against actions - Build capability (general TPM / Technical capabilities/Loss reduction) across Regional supply teams and Factory management teams and provide input for TPM Academy training program planning process to ensure regional training needs are met - The TPM manager will display competence in TPM combined with job expertise in all the pillars (LS, AM, PM, FI, E&T, S, Q and FMOS) to drive effective loss reduction activities through sites Go&See. - As a continuous improvement manager she/he will drive a learning culture that embraces standardized work, utilizing the TPM framework to know (analyze), improve and sustain organizational performance. - Ensure strong link between site strategic direction, KPIs, basically performance and as well with the way we feed our "Do It Best" (DIB) pipeline - Accountable for Process delivery in service of business results - Drive DIB agenda and focus on waste reduction: focus to be driven by business need, such us labour optimization, NQC, breakdown/stops energy targeting 4-6% saving on COGS year on year - Drive PMO Governance of TPM - Actively participate in CoP to share learnings and best practices - Regional expert in the TPM pillar such as LS/FI/FMOS/AM/PM/E&T/Q/S **What can you expect from Mars?**: - At Mars, we believe in a relationship of mutual trust, dignity and respect between our company and Associates that is more meaningful than the standard employer/employee relationship. - As Associates, we can expect to be respected, supported and valued as individuals, to be treated fairly and equitably. - Royal Canin's CSR commitments, to build a better world for tomorrow: - Since 2015, no waste to landfill is made by the 16 Royal Canin factories in the world - All Royal Canin products manufactured in Europe are ISO 14001 certified from design to factory gate - Since 2017, Royal Canin has supported the K-DOG program of the Curie Institute, which trains dogs to detect breast cancer via olfaction.
