**The Position**:
As an FP&A Analyst, your role is essential in analyzing, understanding, and improving our various cost centers, as well as optimizing our reporting and budget management processes.
Directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the Lead FP&A and other members of the Finance team. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, you will also be the main point of contact for operational teams, particularly our production center in Lisses (91). More specifically, you will focus on understanding and optimizing our menu forecasting and ingredient purchasing processes. As part of this, you will work closely with the Menu-Planning, Procurement & Supply Chain Optimization, and Operation Excellence teams.
**For this role, fluency in both French and English is essential in order to interact daily with your main stakeholders.**
**What You'll Do**:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports. Work on analyses to assist the Leadership team and various stakeholders in decision-making.
- Budgeting Process: Collaborate with different department heads to establish and manage budgets, providing accurate quarterly financial forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses while providing insights to optimize HelloFresh's long-term financial performance.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify financial processes to improve understanding and efficiency in our operations.
- Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with management to provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations on business strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Graduated from a higher education program in finance or business school (minimum Bac +5)
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller, or a role dealing with financial challenges.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Rigor, adaptability, autonomy
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to work with different teams on cross-functional, operationally focused missions
