**YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU**
As the E-Commerce Trading Director, you will oversee the strategy, performance, and execution of our online and marketplace businesses. You will lead with a data-driven approach to enhance user experiences, maximize sales, and drive revenue growth globally. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership capabilities to execute best-in-market e-commerce strategies.

**Responsibilities ahead of you**:

- **P&L Ownership**:Take full responsibility for the P&L, KPIs, budget, and website roadmap, ensuring the business meets revenue and profitability targets.
- **E-Commerce Strategy**:Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, enhance market share, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- **Performance Optimization**:Create and implement improvement roadmaps for CVR, usability, design, SEO, and content across e-commerce platforms.
- **Stock Management**: Collaborate with the Merchandising Director to influence buying decisions, allocation, and stock planning by region to maximize sell-through and availability.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of 2, while managing relationships with key agencies to achieve e-commerce objectives.
- **Content Strategy**:Work with the content team to implement strategies that align with best practices for SEO and ensure optimal performance.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Deliver regular performance reporting, identify conversion opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to drive further platform development.
- **Technology & Third-Party Management**:Manage relationships with 3rd party technology and service providers, ensuring smooth operations and innovative solutions.
- **Industry Trends**:Stay ahead of customer and industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the e-commerce platform remains competitive and innovative.

**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven track record of successful e-commerce leadership, with strong experience in managing P&L and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, usability, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Exceptional data analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, with excellent communication and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic goals with hands-on execution.
- Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of e-commerce technology and trends.
