Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both French and English

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our AUTA Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding)
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups
- Experience in a campus recruitment environment
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France
