**La mission du département Service est de résoudre/traiter les questions de l’après-vente et de développer l’activité service : contrat de maintenance, réparation, dépannage, vente de pièces de rechange et apporter la satisfaction de nos services à nos clients.**

**Rattaché(e) au Responsable Régional du Service, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- Réalisation de contrats de maintenance : à ce titre vous devez réaliser des prestations de service conformes aux contrats souscrits avec les clients de nos différentes divisions de ventes : exploitants de chauffage, industrie, collectivités locales, protection incendie
- Mises en service de systèmes équipés de pompes (chauffage, surpression, etc ), rénovation ou entretien de pompes et moteurs électriques
- Dépannage de notre matériel sur site.
- Vous êtes le garant de notre image de marque et veillez à la satisfaction de nos clients
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements : support commercial, SAV, autres directions commerciales, Marketing, Finance, etc.
- Vous représentez la Marque, et êtes le garant technique pour le traitement des garanties

**Profil recherché**
- Formation initiale : de formation technique bac pro ou BTS technique ou BTS CIRA formation supérieure dans le domaine électrotechnique et/ou électromécanique.
- Expérience/secteur : vous possédez une expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le domaine technique, mécanique, électricité ou entretien mécanique.
- Compétences techniques : de solides compétences en électrotechnique et/ou électromécanique
- Qualités interpersonnelles : Vous êtes attaché à la qualité du service client et avez un bon relationnel, capacité à travailler en autonomie, organisé(e), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) résultats et clients,
- Déplacements régionaux : Autonomie du poste / Véhicule de société équipé
- Outils et logiciels informatiques : vous maitrisez les outils informatiques (pack MS office) / Iphone / Portable PC
