YOUR OPPORTUNITYA major part of the role is your responsibility for developing a strong demand plan that will enable the business to meet sales and service objectives: "Zero OOS Mentality". You create, understand, and challenge the forecast in close interaction and communication with sales, marketing, finance, supply planning and regional functions involved in the process. As a ‘born networker’ you will find yourself as a main point of contact for those several stakeholders, showing presence and representing Supply Chain values. You take the accountability for your portfolio-part of brands - from introducing exciting new products (phase in/phase out), stabilising the supply/demand flow & ensuring that our product is always available for our shoppers to purchase & engage in. That includes the responsibility to implement and drive optimal stock levels according to company objectives and with the clear aim of ‘zero out of stock’ availability and minimized write off cost.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you need to bring an extended talent for analytics, communication, coordination, and organisation. Your capability for high level technical expertise /systems as Excel, SAP, IBP, ANAPLAN plus a high level of understanding the elements of the supply chain process and the information flow through the demand and supply planning process, which includes the SC KPI’s, rounding up your profile. A result driven attitude with an ambitious vision and personal goal setting will set your own characteristic goals for your own career at Bacardi.**Responsibilities**: - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Demand forecasting: Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach to Forecasting by working cross functional to gain alignment to the Sales Operational Plan monthly while maintaining and reporting within the S&OP tools and clearly disclose risks and opportunities to the business through the demand and supply planning process. - Continually analyse current business demand trend, assemble all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions and predict future trends for short, mid and long - term horizons for which forecasting techniques, method and approach are permanently improved. - Coordinate promotional activities and re-packs with all internal key stakeholders: Marketing/ CPA/ Sales/ Customer Service & Supply Chain manager as well as the external partner/ 3PL. You are the person where all the threads are gathered. - Manage, Supply Planning Processes, Replenishment, and Inventory to ensure efficient and timely availability, distribution in consideration of changes in demand, market trends and possible constrains, keeping and monitoring the safety Stock targets, reducing slow/ no-mover stocks and write-off avoidance. - Manage the full POS material process from customer and internal demand to replenishment/order management and timely production of VAP (Value added pack) or delivery at customer. - Coordinate promotional activities and re-packs with all internal key stakeholders: Marketing/ CPA/ Sales/ Customer Service & Supply Chain manager as well as the external partner/ 3PL. You are the person where all the threads are gathered. - Participate in New Product Development processes from Supply Chain side with the aim of reducing complexity, optimize route to markets and push for supply reliability and flexibility. - Monitor SKU levels and define SKU rationalization initiatives. Skills and Experience - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Familiarity and knowledge of demand planning technology and decision support tools, ability to use analytical and statistical models to analyse demand and prepare forecasts, preferably in APO/ IBP/ VMI. - Min. 2 years+ of experience in a diligent Supply Chain role, preferably in a multinational environment. - Language Skills: Fluent French and English - Business Acumen: Analyses issues from a business and cross-functional perspective. Understands the importance of accurate and up to date numbers to the business. - Priority setting: Spends his/ her time and the time of others on what is important. Quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside.
