You will operate as a **franchisee**, with your own registered business.
This gives you full independence, ownership, and the potential for high income — with our full support.
**Your Role**:
As a **Dance Waves Competition franchisee in France**, you will be fully responsible for organizing our professional dance competitions in your assigned region. You will follow our proven format and methods, while benefiting from continuous support from our experienced team.
Main responsibilities:
- Finding and booking suitable venues for the competitions
- Managing registrations, administration, and communication
- Coordinating with judges, dancers, and local partners
- Using our digital systems (Excel, Dropbox, YouTube, etc.) to ensure smooth events
