**Job Summary**:
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence by managing client expectations, enhancing team performance, and fostering continuous improvement. This position emphasizes effective people management and problem-solving to meet service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that the support team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing SCCM/SMS To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Efficient Client Lifecycle Management.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather And Analyze Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Promoting Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Improvement And Implementing Best Practices In Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite.
5. Develop And Present Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Directory Services And Client Lifecycle Management To Achieve Business Results.
**Skill Requirements**:
1. Proficient In SCCM/SMS With A Solid Understanding Of Its Application In Support Operations.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
3. Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Mentor Teams.
4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite, Particularly In Client Lifecycle Management.
5. Familiarity With Directory Services And Its Integration In Operational Processes.
**Certification**:
1. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
2. ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
**Language**:
- French + English
- Expert with SCCM Image Management
- Expert with MDT, VMware / Ghosting, imaging technologies like VMware, Symantec Ghost are desirable is must.
- Expert in Intune for managing devices
- Image Management of Windows 1011 by MDT/SCCM
- Knowledge of handling KIOSK PCstheir image management.
- Should be well versed with certifying new hardware within environment.
- Managing Hardware Drivers in SCCM/MDT for OSD Task Sequence
- Knowledge of MEM Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Managing Device and Profile Management using Intune.
- Operating System Deployment using SCCM/MDT- Creating OS Install packages, Building the OS Image (WIM), Creating Task Sequences, and troubleshooting the OS deployment.
- Experience in SQL Server for taking the SCCM Reports and Health Checks for SCCM Server. Integration of MDT into SCCM and MDT through Operating System Deployment. Prepare the Weekly and Monthly reports/dashboards and share with management for customer reviews.
- Knowledge of Active Directory users and groups management (Domain ID Creation, Deletion control management, Delegation) and Group Policy Management (Creation/Modification/Deletion/Link)
- Knowledge of WSUS x.0 and SCCM Current branch
- Windows Autopilot for Hybrid and Azure AD scenarios.
- Virtualization: Working knowledge on Virtualization, commissioning of new guests, add/remove hardware or increase the disk space etc., different High Availability options available, failover and failback, patching of hosts and guests along with running reports along with advance troubleshooting using the available log files/debugging mode
- Managing configuration items & baselines (DCM) in Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Antivirus: Working knowledge of antivirus management tools, Virus definitions /signature update, etc. Knowledge about Virus, spam, Trojans, spyware, etc. Setup and Configuration.
- Good Knowledge of OSD via SCCM, MDT, WDS. Customizations in SCCM/MDT Task Sequence related to OSD.
- Hands on experience in PowerShell scripting for automating the tasks in SCCM.
