**Summary of Role**:
Maxeon is seeking a talented, hands-on an ESG Certification Engineer to join our Product Management team, as well as being a significant contributor to Maxeon’s global ESG programme. This individual will support our Sustainability Certifications: CFP, LCA, PEP to EPD, EPBT, and similar for our existing and new solar panels to come.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Drive certification projects and work with the certification agencies to get closure certifications in a timely manner. Maintain and communicate accurate and up-to-date certification schedules and maintain records in an efficient way.
Represent Maxeon’s interests in sustainability certification work.
Analyze and communicate strategic changes on tenders and upcoming certification needs.
Influence and drive Maxeon’s strategic ESG certification roadmap as part of Maxeon’s overall ESG strategy.
Monitor Carbon strategy trends with the context of Maxeon products with other relevant system components (including but not limited to monitoring, inverters, storage, trackers, services, etc) and how trends in those components affect the Maxeon product offering.
Synthesize trends and key competitors’ product offerings and pricing in the region, and monitor the ongoing performance of the product to recommend changes in product, price or positioning.
Provide inputs to the Government Affairs department to assist in Maxeon’s efforts to shape policy direction.
Work closely with Maxeon’s Global ESG Department on strategy and reporting according to international sustainability reporting standards.
Support Maxeon’s Communications Department in shaping strategy and marketing collateral. The job description above is not exhaustive and may include additional tasks or support from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
3-5 years highly relevant work experience or equivalent engineering background, MBA preferred.
Experience in audit strongly preferred.
Solid foundation in technical and business arenas, ability to learn and adapt quickly, and demonstrated ability to frame, drive alignment, and execute on business decisions.
Ability to analyze an unstructured problem through both quantified techno-financial metrics and a holistic strategic viewpoint.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can do” attitude.
Fully fluent in English. Proficiency in spoken and written French or other languages is a plus.
Ability to work autonomously to meet multiple concurrent objectives and within an international team with diverse cultures.
Occasional travel to certification labs.
English + French Language.
