Descriptif du poste

Rattaché.e à Michel, notre Directeur RetD, vous avez pour mission principale le pilotage de l'équipe Développement logiciel (Back et Front) constituée de 7 talents.

En vrai, vous:

- Assurez le suivi et le reporting des activités de votre équipe en garantissant le respect des orientations, des échéances, du contenu ainsi que la qualité de leurs travaux
- Veillez au respect des pratiques / méthodes de développement, challengez ces dernières dans un objectif de qualité et d'efficience.
- Etes garant.e du suivi des indicateurs de la production de chaque ligne de produit dans les outils internes

En parallèle, vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de production avec le concours des équipes de gouvernance identifiées.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure en informatique et plus précisément en développement vous justifiez d'une expérience avérée de plusieurs années sur un poste de développeur.se logiciel et souhaitez évoluer vers une fonction de manager.

Votre curiosité, votre relationnel ainsi que votre capacité à travailler en méthode Agile sont autant d'atouts pour réussir dans cette mission.

Une expérience significative dans au moins un des domaines suivants est un plus:
Javascript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, Gitlab, Git, SQL, PostGreSQL, SQL Serveur, Windows et Linux.
