En tant que **Chef(fe) de Projet Store Planning**, vous serez le garant du bon déroulement des projets, de la conception à la livraison, en collaboration avec les différents acteurs internes et externes.

Vos missions incluront:
**Gestion de projet & coordination**
- Piloter les projets d’aménagement de boutiques en garantissant **qualité, coûts et délais**.
- Coordonner les différents acteurs du projet : équipes internes, architectes, bureaux d’études, fournisseurs, et entreprises travaux.
- Définir et suivre le **planning global** des ouvertures et rénovations de points de vente.

**Conception & déploiement**
- Analyser les **besoins clients** et proposer des solutions d’aménagement adaptées.
- Superviser la production des **documents techniques** (plans, DCE, APS, APD, EXE).
- Assurer la conformité des projets aux **normes techniques et réglementaires locales**.
- Veiller à la cohérence et au respect des **guidelines architecturales** des marques.

**Suivi budgétaire & optimisation**
- Élaborer et suivre les **budgets projets** (chiffrage, validation des devis, suivi des coûts).
- Rechercher des solutions pour **optimiser les coûts et les délais** sans compromettre la qualité.
- Assurer un **reporting régulier** auprès des clients et de la direction.

**Formation & expérience**
- Diplômé(e) Bac+5 (Master) en **Architecture, Génie Civil, Management de Projet** ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée/sénior (7 ans minimum).
- Expérience significative en **Store Planning ou Aménagement d’espaces commerciaux** ( dans le secteur du luxe dans l'idéal).

**Compétences clés**
- Excellente **capacité de gestion de projet** et de coordination multi-intervenants.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de conception **(AutoCAD, SketchUp, Suite Adobe, etc.)**.
- Connaissance des **normes de construction et d’aménagement retail luxe.**:

- Forte capacité d’**analyse, de gestion budgétaire et de résolution de problèmes**.
- Très bon niveau d'anglais (C1 idéalement).
