- Fixed term contract of 12 months

- Master degree in Food Science
- Some experience in Operations - 6 to 18 months or in product Research & Development and/or product technology - 6 to 18 months

**Position Summary**:
Joining Nestlé Purina, it is being part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous. You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at different level.

As a Product Program Young Program, you will have to learn and support the cross functional technical team leading on product development for Innovation & Renovation to deliver on time, at optimized cost and right quality products to the business. You will also to coached by a Senior or Manager in the platform and support the Product Maintenance, sustainability and operational support for assigned Portfolio.

**A day in the life of a Product Platform Specialist**:
Right Technical Leadership:

- Demonstrate expertise in process and products for your specific platform
- Support process and product validation during new line commissioning, new I&R project implementation and operational issues
- Demonstrate leadership in project management and coordinate with all technical teams to deliver a project on time and in full
- Master project management tool to assess risk and define reliable timeline and forecast with cross functional teams
- Support / Provide recommendation to align all factories way of working
- Right I&R pipeline implementation
- Lead I&R projects with crossfunctional teams
- Define and validate with all stakeholders products and process specifications
- Ensure alignment and compliance between products and declarations (LSS, packs, advertising)
- Perform all industrial tests required (Factory trials, Palatability, digestability,...)
- Enable the delivery of all required indicators, deliverables and documentations related to a project
- Ensure alignment between new products development and existing technology platforms

Right Product superiority:

- Ensure maintenance and reliability of product/recipe compliance and Quality
- Deliver and perform product assessment with appropriate action plan execution ( panel, tests, consumer complaint review, )
- Perform regular competitor products review and assessment
- Support other teams with technical data and recommendations (consumer service, external communication,..)

Right Expertise support
- Provide expertise support on dedicated Portfolio to technical tranversal initiatives, UOS definition, capex and operations
