**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and use findings to contribute to the company product strategy
Develop and manage the product roadmap
Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and objectives
Communicate effectively with the development team to ensure understanding of product requirements and timely delivery
Test and validate developed features and products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient product launches
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
Manage the product's lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, and make recommendations for product enhancements or retirements
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Deliver operational excellence by assigning / monitoring relevant OKRs and underlying activities
Identify and recommend technology and process expansions to improve our performance
Provide data and recommendations for development of key customer-centric solutions (e. g., Admin panel, website, customer management and billing software)
Cooperate with marketing, sales and customer facing colleagues to ensure a consistent, customer-focused delivery and other improvements

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in digital-first, e‑commerce, or data-driven companies
Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Good analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to create and maintain data models, perform data analysis, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Experience with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in working with collaboration tools such as: Jira, Trello, Slack or Google Workspace
High energy and proactivity coupled with a can-do, positive attitude towards any work challenge
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
Czech or Slovak native speaker, and fluent in English (written and spoken)**What you can expect**:
