Access Capital Partners (“Access”), is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt assets in Europe. Access manages EUR12.5 billion on behalf of its international institutional clients and operates with a team of 90 professionals based in six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.
Our development leads us to strengthen our Middle Office team dedicated to Private Equity assets, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of our investment vehicles.
The Middle Office team currently includes 22 persons, located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices and needs to reinforce its presence in our Paris office.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Middle Office Director, located in Paris, you will actively participate in the daily monitoring of the operations in the Access Capital Partners Funds, specifically in the following fields:
- Control and valuation of investments in the fund of funds buy-out space;
- Coordination with Fund Accountants, Transfer Agents and Depositories of Access Funds, in France, Luxembourg and elsewhere in Europe;
- Monitoring of daily cash flows related to investments;
- Production of quarterly investment reports for Investors;
- Participate actively in the yearly audit process of Access Funds;
- Development of performance analysis tools and indicators;
- Improvement of control processes, workflow management and reporting formats;
**Skills**:
- Very good practical knowledge of IT tools such as MS Excel and MS Word;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Rigorous and well-organized;
- Team player;
- Strong interest in the Private Assets sector;
- Familiar with accounting & legal terms would be an asset.
**The Profile**:
- Graduate from a leading business school (Master’s degree and/or major in finance);
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English is absolutely necessary (75% of communication takes place in English);
