TITLE: PL/SQL Developer

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understanding of specifications around a discussion with a business analyst or product owner,
- Drafting technical specifications and making estimation of development effort with the help of the technical project manager,
- Developing new functionalities using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (12C, 18C, 19C),
- Designing and developing automated tests to ensure quality requirements
- Maintaining released code and bug fixing for production customers,
- Analyzing performance issues and tuning SQL and PL/SQL code following guidelines from a technical lead

WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have a degree in computer science or equivalent, with 5 years’ experience as a PL/SQL developer. You are rigorous, curious, reactive and dynamic. You have the ability to have technical discussions in English.

Knowledge and skills required:

- Oracle PL/SQL - advanced level
- Other programming languages: Java, Groovy, Shell - are an asset
- Integration DevOps tools: Maven, Jenkins - are an asset
- Strong code analysis capability
- Ability of in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
- Meeting deadlines and timeframes
- Meeting targets and adopting programming standards and guidelines
- Interest in new programming and integration technologies
- Knowing how to ask for help
- Strong ability to listen and adapt
- Ability to demonstrate rigor, method and a sense of organization
- Ability to work in a team, which is largely composed of technical experts and in close collaboration with the functional team
- Having good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a demanding environment, to manage relationships with other departments
- English (good written and oral practice)
