**Your mission**

As the Product Manager for Identity, you’ll be responsible for providing a seamless experience for access to our platform (including sign up or login), but also profile management and associated profile attributes that bring trust to our community and are a key enabler of a successful experience. Working closely with a full stack squad (engineers, data analysts, Q/A and designers) and reporting to the Head of Product of the platform scope, you will oversee the entire Identity domain, from setting the long-term vision to developing quarterly roadmaps and launching new features.

The Identity scope includes all the features and tools required to:

- Ensuring a seamless experience for users connecting to the platform, which includes the sign-up flow, login flow, and subsequent anti-fraud and security features.
- Managing and displaying user profiles across our product, alongside numerous features that contribute to building trust in our community and encouraging the completion of profile attributes.
- Facilitating the reporting of members, content, or behavior to our Customer Relation team or our Trust and Safety Team.

Examples of challenges:

- How to revamp and gamify users’ profile pages to encourage more complete profiles?
- What new user experience levels should we define, and how can we clarify these for our users?
- What new Trust-related features should we implement to support growth in rapidly expanding markets (e.g., Latin America, India)?

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define the “Identity” vision and associated project backlog to reach our ambition
- Own the quarterly roadmap, and partner with Engineering team and Business stakeholders to assess projects feasibility and prioritization
- Communicate and align Product & Engineering leadership on initiative prioritization
- Lead product discovery and coordinate with designers and engineers to build features specifications
- Support Identity engineering team on a day to day basis and lead trade off discussions
- Communicate on the “Identity” plan and achievements within BlaBlaCar

**Your qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product management or cross functional management
- Ability to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. Engineering, Product Marketing, Design) : project management ; autonomy
- Ability to challenge existing features / tools, and identify priorities to improve user experience and strengthen our community : critical thinking, curiosity
- Ability to engage people that will not be reporting to you : empathy, written, verbal & presentation skills
- Ability to learn fast and create yourself a strong opinion : coachability; pragmatism
- Ability to create insights and systemic recommendations : process-oriented; analytical;problem-solving; simplicity
- Full working proficiency in English
