**Poste et missions**:
Nous recherchons un Manager CQV pour une entreprise de biotechnologie située en région toulousaine. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de l’équipe CQV, tout en apportant une vision stratégique et technique sur les projets de qualification et validation en cours. Ce poste clé vous permettra de relever des défis importants dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine évolution.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Encadrer une équipe de 40 personnes, réparties en 5 sous-équipes, chacune dirigée par un leader.
- Apporter une vision stratégique sur les projets de qualification et validation en cours.
- Superviser la qualification des utilités, des locaux (salles blanches), des équipements de production (bioréacteurs, mixeurs, colonnes de chromatographie, etc.) et des systèmes de contrôle qualité (200 systèmes actuellement en cours de qualification/validation).
- Assurer un reporting hiérarchique efficace et une gestion des équipes selon la structure en place (tier structure).
- Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes, incluant les 3 sociétés de consulting impliquées dans le projet.

**Profil**:
De formation Pharmacien, Ingénieur qualité ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience significative de plus de 10 ans sur un poste similaire, impliquant de la gestion d’équipes et la supervision de projets de qualification et validation dans un environnement biotechnologique ou pharmaceutique.

Expertise technique solide dans la gestion de la qualification d’équipements, des utilités et des systèmes de contrôle qualité.

Maîtrise des aspects liés à la structure hiérarchique et au reporting.

Anglais courant impératif.

Leadership avéré, capacité à fédérer et à apporter des solutions face à des défis complexes.

Solides compétences en gestion de projet, capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
