As a Creative Strategist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, reporting directly to our Creative Director. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative creative strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams, you will translate client objectives into impactful and engaging campaigns that drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze client requirements and develop customized creative strategies to meet their goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all creative campaigns
- Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to propose novel ideas and solutions
- Present and articulate creative concepts effectively to clients, while also defending strategic recommendations
- Conduct ongoing competitive research to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation within the company
**Your Background**:
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and teams
- Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, coupled with proficiency in design tools and graphic creation
- Proficiency in design tools and graphic creation
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Creative Strategist role or similar capacity within the adtech industry or agency
- A portfolio showcasing significant creative achievements and successful campaign outcomes
