Internship (6 Months) - Product Management &

**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- Be part of the Strategic and Marketing team of the Silica GBU. You will be interacting with many functions such as operational ones (Supply chain, Quality, Operations) and commercial ones (Commercial teams, technical support,...)
- Support the product and asset management activities including: Asset profitability optimization (conduct analysis to support production prioritization & investments); Product portfolio management (Life cycle analysis, ad hoc rationalization)
- Support pricing policy in a moving economical environment
- Contribute to Commercial excellence best practices deployment: Servicing Model implementation & roll-out

**We count on you for**:

- Perform quantitative analyses (pricing) and synthesize information
- Help formalizing documents
- Animate workshops and team discussions
- Work with internal GBU stakeholder (commercial, finance, supply chain)
- Support internal team activities (knowledge management)

**You will bring**:

- Master degree as Business Administration, Marketing, Applied Economics, Commercial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Bio-Engineer
- Be a highly motivated and fast-learning team player with a 'can-do' attitude who shows initiative, flexibility, determination and professionalism;
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including problem structuring and synthesis;
- Have demonstrated a strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural and international environment (through past internships and/or experiences abroad);
- Advanced mastering of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or google suite equivalents)
