We are looking for a **Resources & Planning Manager**to come onboard in **Training and Flight Ops**Directorate**in **Judith**’s team: a team of **11**collaborators

**_Main objectives _**:

- Ensure the annual implementation of a strategic and operational planning of training provided within the ATR Training Centres (Toulouse, Miami, Singapore), covering the courses for Airlines pilots, aircraft mechanics and cabin flight attendant
- Manage the pool of subcontracted instructors, instruction technical resources (simulators), while ensuring compliance with budgets and regulatory quality standards
- Anticipate/Manage the need for critical resources in relation to the activity forecast.

**_Your Mission _**
- **Planning monitoring (Toulouse and satellites)**:

- Set-up and adjust the annual pre-planning in compliance with resources availability.
- Consolidate and check the response to customers’ needs in collaboration with the Training Offer Managers.
- Ensure that associated regulatory constraints are considered in coordination with Compliance Monitoring
- Identify and anticipate needs requests in terms of critical resources (FAA resources, aircraft availability,)
- **Monitoring of the Suppliers**:

- Monitoring of the suppliers of Planning, Logistics and Trainee Care activity
- Supervise the coordination of planning and logistics between Toulouse and satellites
- Manage the pool of instructors (FT, MT, CC) for Toulouse and satellites
- Monitor Suppliers roadmap for subcontracted activities within his/her scope
- Manage Suppliers’ relationship: organize periodic contract review meeting and KPI’s follow-up
- Adjust/monitor periodic contract renewal (Specifications revisions)
- Adjust/monitor the adequacy load/capacity considering activity peaks and drops
- **Budget follow-up**:

- Control expenses related to sub-contracted activities (Instruction, planning & logistics, documentation, transportation)
- Ensure compliance with annual budget target defined by ATR
- Optimize costs related to instructors’ mission fees
- **Simulators’ occupation rate monitoring**
- Occupation rate follow-up and optimization (KPI via PBI)
- Be proactive to propose preventive and corrective actions to maximize their use in collaboration with Commercial team

**_About you _**
- Field of study: Engineering/Project Management/Purchasing administration
- Experience 5/10 years in Aeronautical field or training centre
- Technical skills / knowledge: Project Management/Contract Management/comfortable sub-contracting rules & logistics
- Soft skills: Leadership/keen sense of priorities management/comfortable with transversal relationship/ability to self-control and to manage stressful situations
- Airworthiness Regulatory skills shall be a plus
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
