Deputy Plant Controller Level 2

**Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader**: We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. **Your mission, roles and responsibilities**: We are currently looking for a new** deputy plant controller **for one of our Faurecia Seating (FAS)'s plant based in **Villers la Montagne (54).** The Deputy Plant Controller is involved in the controlling of a plant to guarantee and optimize the plant's financial performance and competitiveness. He / she supports the Plant Controller on: > Providing reliable financial / controlling information - Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies - Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings,) and internal control basics > Ensuring compliance to all financial procedures - Participate in financial forecasting processes, providing data for budget, periodic forecast, provide input data for strategic planning - Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance - Master data control, ensure accuracy of data in ERP System - Ensure reliability of standard costing - Contribute to controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control - Participation in closing process, ensure ownership within his/her perimeter - Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing proper finance information - Monitor the plant’s operating cashflow (capex, inventories, overdues ) **Your profile and competencies to succeed**: - Master's degree in Finance. - First experience in controlling, preferably within an industrial setting - Solid accounting knowledge - Strong teamwork - Good communication skills - Fluent in English **What we can do for you**: - At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies. - We are the seventh-largest global automotive supplier, employing more than 157,000 people in more than 40 countries which makes a lot of opportunity for career development. - We welcome energetic and agile people who can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
