**Position**: Née en 1914 et relancée en 2019, la Maison Patou fait partie des joyaux du Fashion Group LVMH. Encore en plein développement, la Marque recherche et recrute les meilleurs talents de l’industrie. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons notre futur HR Coordinator. Contrat à pourvoir en CDI en statut cadre dès que possible, au siège social sur l’île de la Cité. **Job responsibilities**: Accompagné.e de la Responsable Finance, RH & Administration, vous aurez pour principales missions: - RH ET ADMINISTRATION - Effectuer le suivi administratif de tous les employés (on et offboarding, fiches individuelles, etc.) - Assurer la gestion du personnel en suivant les absences, les feuilles de temps, les visites médicales des équipes, etc. - Recenser les éléments au profit de la paie mensuelle - Accompagner le cabinet comptable dans l’établissement de la paie mensuelle et assurer l’exactitude des bulletins de paie - Assurer la conformité de la société en matière de droit social (avec en support un avocat en droit social et l’équipe RH LVMH Fashion Group) - RECRUTEMENT - Gérer les offres d’emploi des équipes sur la plateforme LVMH - Accompagner les équipes dans l’organisation des entretiens, des offres, etc. - Rédiger et faire le suivi des contrats de travail - COMMUNICATION INTERNE ET PROJETS - Gérer les annonces à effectuer en interne aux équipes (congés, ventes privées, etc.) - Suivre et proposer des formations aux équipes - Être proactif sur de nouveaux projets RH à mettre en place - REPORTING - Effectuer les reporting mensuels et annuels LVMH - Faire le lien avec les équipes RH du Fashion Group LVMH - Autres analyses ad hoc - RELATIONS EMPLOYES - Etre à l’écoute des employés pour toute question RH **Profile**: - Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Bac +4/5 (Ecole de commerce ou équivalent universitaire) avec spécialisation RH - Vous avez 2 à 5 ans d’expérience (stage, alternance, VIE inclus) au sein d’une fonction similaire - Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (notamment Excel) - Vous parlez Français et Anglais couramment - Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en gestion RH/paie/droit social - Vous avez un attrait pour le secteur Mode/Luxe - Vous êtes réactif et flexible, vous savez communiquer et vous êtes prêt à travailler en équipe - Vous êtes motivé, dynamique et n’avez pas peur de travailler sur plusieurs projets - Vous êtes organisé et savez faire preuve de beaucoup de rigueur **_PATOU _** **MAISON***: - Jean Patou founded his eponymous house in 1914 in Paris. Described as "the most elegant man in Europe", Jean Patou was in many ways a pioneer and revolutionized fashion in the 1920s. Introducing the idea of leisure for the first time, he wanted to free women from the restrictive clothing imposed on them up until then. He was the first one to launch a sport line, making tennis player Suzanne Lenglen his first muse, and designed garments that would accommodate the daily lifestyles of women. Jean Patou passed away in 1936. After his death, the house has seen some of the greatest names of fashion at its helm: Marc Bohan, Karl Lagerfeld, Michel Goma, and under his direction, Jean Paul Gaultier, followed by Angelo Tarlazzi and Christian Lacroix. After Christian Lacroix left to start his own house, the Jean Patou house ceased its activity. Jean Patou was relaunched in 2018, acquired by the LVMH group. Guillaume Henry was appointed Creative Director of Patou, with the task of relaunching the women's ready-to-wear line.
