**What is the essence of the role?**
Based in Paris and working as part of an international team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to a clientele of top universities across Europe with a particular focus on English-taught MSc and MA programs. Your primary focus will be on postgraduate programs at universities in France and the UK.
**What will your job look like?**
- Identifying and reaching out to potential education partners such as top universities and influential media agencies within the higher education sector
- Developing sustainable relationships with new and prospective clients (universities and business schools in France and UK) for our event brands and digital media services
- Following up after client meetings - preparing quotes and negotiating with them until the deal is closed, ensuring the long-term satisfaction and retention of clients
- Acting as an Account Manager and responding to client requests regarding our products.
- Liaising with internal departments and other international business developers (in UK, Canada, Bulgaria, etc.) to enhance the client experience
- Attending industry conferences and events to network, gather market insights, and analyze competitor strategies
- Skillfully navigating CRM tools to manage sales leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes
- Spearheading and implementing marketing strategies and media solutions, collaborating with clients to drive engagement and ROI
- Continuously seeking out new methods, tools, and solutions to enhance business development strategies and outcomes, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
The payment structure includes base salary + attractive commissions per sale.
**What do you need to be successful?**
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the sales/business development sphere. Experience in the Education sector would be considered an advantage.
- A self-driven person with an innovative mindset and the ability to build, maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability and readiness to travel frequently (mainly to Europe) for meetings with clients and participation in our events as a consultant
- Confident MS Office user (especially Excel), comfortable with using a CRM
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French
