- As a Product Chapter Manager in Paris, you will manage the Product community of practice of the team, with direct people management of team members with this expertise- As a member of this practice, you will yourself also act as the Product Manager on one of our flagship projects.- You will report to the Head of Digital Innovation.**You will**:
**Exploration linked to the product**
- Engaged in exploration phase from the moment a product is identified
- Define the product vision, the value proposition and solution to the challenge
- Lead new exploration activities that are linked to an existing product
- Engage with partners and DF team to build early prototypes
**Experimentation**
- Define the goals and approach of experimentation
- Within the DI framework, define the project team and organization
- Lead the product team to evolve and implement the product vision and bring it to life
- Manage the planning, scope and resources (budget, people) for the experimentation
- Manage user tests, communication and change management related to the product
**Transformation**
- Contribute to the building of the business case and preparations of scaling & industrialization
- Engage with technical team to prepare an operational model and environment
- Through the stabilization of operations, continue to guide product lifecycle activities
- Monitor our results and value and evolve the product based on performance
**As the Chapter Manager**
- Manage staffing/hiring, identify needed skills and partners for product management and UX/UI
- Coach chapter members when needed, and help them build a personal development plan
- Manage resources availability of the chapter members, allocation to different products, and staffing plan
- Animate the Product community of practice: define and improve adoption of common ways of working and tools, create and encourage information flow
**Your professional background includes**:
- Master's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English & French
- 10+ years of experience in Information technology or Innovation
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager
- 5+ years experience developing digital experiences
- Experience dealing with partners (including senior management) and managing their expectations
- Network developed in relevant ecosystems
- Knowledge of digital and information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management.
- Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and risk management
- Project, budget, people management
- Expertise in digital projects methodologies: scrum, lean startup, design thinking
