**Mission**
The Global Quality Engineering & Processes Lead at Ceva Animal Health is responsible for leading, designing, executing, and reporting on validation activities for processes, equipment, and systems used in the production of regulated veterinary vaccines for both domestic and international markets. This role ensures that Ceva's laboratory and production facilities adhere to GMP regulations and develops action plans to achieve full compliance, with a focus on optimizing production workflows and enhancing quality assurance processes linked to continuous improvement.

This position reports to Global Industrial Quality Director and can be located in Libourne or Budapest.

**Main responsibilities**
**Global Quality**
Contribute to the construction of the Global Quality Roadmap for Process & Project Quality
Support the resolution of quality events occurring on sites, to limit their impact and potential consequences.
Provide support for regulatory inspections and quality audits to enable certification of production sites
Act as a qualified auditor for external and/or internal audits.
Owner of the Product Quality Committee

**Quality Process Improvement**:
Assure that the Group's quality processes are effectively developed and continuously improved to drive operational excellence.
Owner of the data collection KPI from the GMSQ
Establishment and owner of the Right Level Quality for data integrity for the group

**Design & Engineering**
Act as the Corporate QA referent for new global projects / facilities (layout, waterloop, cleanroom, biohazard.)
Establishment of the Global Qualification / Validation :strategy, standards, and training

**Your profile**:
**Qualification** : Veterinarian, Pharmacist, Engineer, Scientist, or post-graduate diploma in life sciences or a combination of these courses. Several years (at least 10) of professional experience in quality management in a pharmaceutical industry (pharma and biological) working under CFR9, Eu-GMP and other major country regulations as Russia, Turkey or MAPA are appreciated.
