**The role**
- As
** VP of People,** your role will be to lead our People efforts as a strategic thought leader. And secondly - take care of our ambitious individuals’ growth to achieve their full potential. All of that while keeping in mind that organizational culture is the basis of high-performing teams.

You will support our 7 People Leads and the wider People organization (with 50 HR professionals) in their journey and growth of the organization. You will be responsible for bringing to life the People's vision, supporting leaders on decisions, and fostering the unique Stuart culture.
- You will be critical in ensuring we keep Stuart’s values and culture in mind while continuing to develop a best-in-class employee experience through forward-looking and innovative People initiatives.

This position can be based in Barcelona, London or Paris.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Owning the People priorities and OKRs, and ensuring the delivery of the global People agenda and mission.
- Managing, and mentoring our people team, divided today into 7 main sub-functions: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Business Partner, Reward, Culture, and Social Impact, Learning and Talent Development, and People Processes.
- Monitor the appropriate success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of the people function.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee as the senior point of contact on people matters.
- Champion the Stuart culture by adding value to the way we work/think/act while promoting diversity and inclusion
- Enable strong connections and open lines of communication throughout the company to further our culture and become a force multiplier of our values.
- Lead and grow the People function, and develop a high-performing team that meets or exceeds our ever-evolving needs.
- Own the PnL of your scope: costs, headcount budgeting, G&A, etc.
- Build highly effective working cadence with key cross-functional partners, e.g. Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.

**What do we need from you?**:

- 10+ years of professional experience across the employee lifecycle
- 5+ years of leadership in strategic HR, including people & team management
- Experienced in working with Global People teams, looking into translating strategy to relevant actions
- Outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills with C Level
- Experience in start-up, scale-up, or tech fast-paced changing work environments
- Ability to effectively balance high-level strategic planning and delivery with a gritty get things done mentality
- Exceptional organizational skills, end-to-end thinking, and a high level of ownership
- Great English communication skills, both oral and written
- Deep understanding and empathy for the global diversity of teams across several locations
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

- Understanding of employment law at the European level
- Ability to travel and visit our many offices
