**Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?**
The Process Engineer Recycling supports the Project Manager Recycling, to increase the global usage of recycled gypsum within Saint-Gobain Gypsum. You will be part of the Central Process Team, with a worldwide scope.

**_ Your Missions _**

**PLANT SUPPORT**
- Follow plant trials and analyse process data
- Analyse materials in the laboratory
- Write trial reports

**TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT**
- Verify, develop and write quality methods
- Support the development of solutions for bottlenecks
- Perform a technology watch and tests to improve the recycling process

This position is based in Vaujours (93) with possibility to do home office (1-2 days/week).

Up to 15% of time spent in trials, abroad.
**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**
Level of experience: Master of Science, Engineering School

Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Technical skills required:

- Master of Science degree (or equivalent) in Materials Science, Process, Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge on characterisation of materials
- Knowledge on industrial process or machines
- Experience with R&D projects, labs
- Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Fluent in French and English, a third language appreciated

Soft skills required:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges
- Clear and concise communication of technical concepts, oral and written (presentation, reports)
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams

Technologie et Performance Industrielle (TIP) is a central international team of around 550 employees spread across several sites in France and abroad. Its mission is to define and implement the Group's energy and environmental roadmap, while providing technical support to the Group's plants, particularly in Construction businesses such as Gypsum, Insulation, Mortars and Glass. TIP is also responsible for R&D programs for products and processes in the Construction businesses, managing strategic investments and allocating capacity between countries.

The GPI (Gypsum Process Innovation) department is tasked with developing gypsum manufacturing processes with the aim of reducing time-to-market, improving plant performance, cutting energy consumption and CO2 emissions, and optimizing production costs at around a hundred sites worldwide.
