La Maison Alaïa est à la recherche d’un(e):
**Business and Data Analyst (H/F)**
Rattaché(e) à la direction commerciale, en collaboration avec les directions retail, CRM et e-commerce, vous avez la charge de créer, actualiser, diffuser et analyser l’ensemble des reporting business et clients permettant le pilotage du business pour atteindre les ambitions chiffrées fixés par l’entreprise.
Passionné(e) par la data vous savez exploiter les chiffres de manière claire et synthétique afin d’accompagner la prise de décision.
**Vos principales missions sont**:
- Créer ou optimiser l’ensemble des dashboards commerciaux sur de multiples axes (chiffre d’affaires, pricing, produits, clients) nécessaires au bon pilotage du business
- Rédiger et diffuser une note commerciale mensuelle à destination du comité de direction et du service commercial afin d’accompagner la prise de décision stratégique
- Préparer les présentations de revues hebdomadaires, mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles avec la Direction ou le Groupe.
- Fournir l’ensemble des datas permettant une réflexion stratégique dans le cadre de l’élaboration du plan à 3 ans.
- Actualiser les tableaux d’historiques afin d’avoir une source fiable permettant de comprendre l’évolution du business sur le long terme
- Collaborer avec les différentes Directions (retail, digital, CRM) et Régions afin d’assurer une bonne circulation de l’information et de la data au global.
- Répondre aux besoins émergeants d’analyse dur des sujets liés à chaque département.
- Réaliser des benchmarks permettant de challenger nos propres performances et KPIs
**Votre profil**:
De formation Bac +5, vous avez une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire
Excellente maitrise d’excel, BI, PPT, SAP et Sales Force impérative
Anglais courant à l’écrit comme à l’oral
Sens du détail, rigueur et précision, respect des deadlines
Aisance relationnelle et dans la communication des chiffres de manière synthétique et claire en s’adaptant au profil de l’audience
Sens du business et compréhension des réalités opérationnelles des chiffres
Connaissance de l’industrie du luxe
