**Long Term Rental Manager**:
**We are looking for a top-notch Long Term Rental Executive to join our dynamic team of Real Estate professionals**

You will be part of the rental team, but you will specifically handle the Long Term Rentals Business, in order to manage our existing Business and develop new Business. You will handle the sales process from beginning to the end and will do whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close. You will also stay informed of all legal aspects of Long Term Rentals.

Selling/Renting a home is personal and emotional, so you must not only be proactive, but also have good interpersonal skills to find the perfect fit for your clients.

So, if you are great at building relationships, speak French and English, know how to prioritize tasks and how to manage your time well, and are a team player, **we want you**

**Location**: Sophia Antipolis

**Contract**: CDD renewable to CDI

**Salary**: According to experience + commission
